How E-Design Works
Design Inquiry & Selection
This stage is meant to help answer any questions that you may have and guide you in selecting the right design package. Please reach out to our design team at design@kaylahaven.com with any questions! Otherwise, feel free to book your design package.
Client Questionnaire
Once your design package is selected, you will receive a questionnaire. Please utilize this form to provide us more details regarding your project: dimensions, layout, photos, etc. Our team will review the form prior to advancement of the project.
Design Curation
After collecting additional information, our team will draft an initial design. We utilize this time to curate a design that is matching your wants and needs for the space, while keeping in mind budget allocation and quality of selections.
Final Concept
Once the design is finalized, we will submit it to you! Our team will provide detailed rationales for the space(s), including our justification for all selections, placement, and layout. Post project completion, you will hold continued design access.

Ask Your QuestionForever! Once you have purchased a package with us, you will have access to your final design concept at all times.
Absolutely, we would love to! After purchasing a package we will have you fill out a questionnaire so that we can better understand your space, inspiration, and budget. Within the questionnaire, please provide photos of the furniture pieces you’re hoping to keep as well as links so we can source them for your design.

While we’re located in Wisconsin, we proudly serve clients all over via e-design services! If you’re local to the Wisconsin area, more specifically Dane County, and looking for full-service design, please inquire via email (kayla@kaylahaven.com )with the subject line: WI FULL SERVICE DESIGN.
We source our products from a variety of retailers! We believe that designing a house that feels like home doesn’t have to break the bank. Within our initial questionnaire we will ask you to provide retailers you love as well as a budget, and it’s our priority to fulfill both of those needs. As designers, we have access to trade accounts that the general public doesn’t, which will help us achieve a custom look for each of our clients. We wholeheartedly believe that you can achieve a custom, homey look while mixing both high-end and more affordable products.
Our pricing varies depending on the service you’re wanting. The pricing of each of our packages is listed, and reflects both the number of services you will receive as well as the minimum amount of hours required for our KH team to complete your design. Me, Kayla! My design clients are extremely important to me, and I have a hand in all designs that my team produces. My assistant will help with client intake, additional communication throughout the design process, and sourcing of products. However, all designs will be curated and finalized by me before they’re presented to the client.
It varies per project! Our design consultation services are quick and completed much faster than our full design packages, naturally. Each project will vary however depending on the number of rooms, services being requested, and how many other projects we are working on at the time.
